Hi, I’m Mia.
I grew up in South Korea and later moved to the U.S. to earn my MBA from Cornell University. After graduating in 2008, I spent over a decade leading growth and strategy initiatives at companies like Walmart and Adobe.

In 2021, I felt called to bring my experience into a more personal, community-centered environment and joined Genuine Care Dental as General Manager. Today, my heart is in building a workplace where our team feels supported, heard, and appreciated. I truly believe that when our team enjoys coming to work, our patients can feel the difference.
